 )\n\nThe Good Administration Congress 2027 brings together scholars\, prac
 titioners\, policymakers and early-career researchers to explore one of th
 e central questions of modern public governance:\nWhat constitutes good ad
 ministration —  and how can it be conceptualized\, explained and implem
 ented?\nPublic administrations face increasing and often competing expecta
 tions\, including legality\, transparency\, efficiency\, innovation and re
 silience. The congress provides an international and interdisciplinary for
 um to discuss these challenges from the perspectives of law\, public admin
 istration\, public management and the social sciences.\nThe congress combi
 nes conceptual\, empirical and practice-oriented perspectives on good admi
 nistration. The three conference days are organised around a common narrat
 ive:\n\nExplaining Public Administration – Where We StandHow are public
  administrations evolving? What drives administrative behaviour\, and why 
 do reforms succeed or fail? This perspective focuses on administrative dec
 ision-making\, organisational performance\, reform dynamics and governance
  under changing conditions.\nConceptualizing Good Administration – What
  We Want to AchieveWhich legal\, normative and societal standards define g
 ood administration? Discussions address the rule of law\, procedural justi
 ce\, public values\, legitimacy and the expectations of citizens and other
  stakeholders.\nImplementing Good Administration – How We Get ThereHow 
 can the principles of good administration be translated into practice? Top
 ics include administrative reform\, digital transformation and artificial 
 intelligence\, organisational change\, innovation and the resilience of pu
